Domain Registration

The dedicated website package includes domain registration for one year for one domain.

Website Architecture

The website will be coded in HTML and there is no limit on the number of pages. Typical pages are:

• Welcome Page
• About the Property
• About the Town or Neighborhood
• About the Area
• Multimedia (the actual multimedia is not included and must be created and provided to be placed on the website)
• Flash Commercial (see the Flash Page on this site for an example)
• Contact Us (text page)
• Contact Us (a form with automatic e-mailing of the form information to an e-mail account of your choice)
• Map
• Photo Gallery (10- 20 images is typical)

The photo gallery can be put in slide show mode and any image will have a thumbnail view and an enlarged view.

A flash presentation is also offered but based on the standard flash designs of your particular package. Examples can be developed and presented.

Website Layout

The website will have a standard layout with navigation buttons down the left side of the page. This layout is well accepted by the public. Certain designs have buttons at the top of the page and are displayed horizontally. The design that you choose will determine the navigation layout and once a design has been chosen then this fixes the layout and no customization is allowed.

Website Content

All content will be provided by the client. We are not responsible for nor will we create any content for the website. Content will be accepted by e-mail as attached documents with each page clearly labeled. The preferred format is MS-Word.

We will set up the site with keywords and page titles and page description based on your inputs. If you would prefer for us to take over the role of defining search engine keyword phrases, page titles and search engine page descriptions then we will do this based on the page content that you supply to us.

Website Search Engine Submission

We will submit your site to all the major search engines within the first week after the launch of the site.
