Online Voice Narrated Home Showcasing Terms & Conditions

1. This is a Webex-based service and all hosting will be done by webex or a Webex-approved hosting provider.

2. The client (the Real Estate Agent) will provide all home showcasing photographs and about the area photographs.

3. We will create a template for the presentation which will be based on the branding provided by the Realtor.

4. Luxury Home Marketing will create the presentation and ensure that it is uploaded to the Webex server.

5. When complete we will provide a link to the location on the webex server so that the presentation can be linked to from website and e-mails.

6. Voice narration will be done by the real estate agent or a narrator   defined   by the real estate agent. If the agent desires   Luxury Home Marketing to do the voice narration we will do so free of charge.  

7. Three (3) months of hosting is provided with the set up of the presentation.

8. At the beginning of the 4th month hosting fees of $50 per month will be applied for any month or partial of any month.

9. If the home is sold within the first three months there will be no refund.

10. The full amount of $400 must be paid in advance before presentation creation will start.
